Secure identity sign-in is connected through Clerk. Organization provisioning, paid subscriptions, persistent creator configuration, and live TikTok connections are not operational. This document describes the software that exists now; disclosures must continue to change with product behavior.
01
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects creators, viewers, third-party platforms, local systems, and Stream Control. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every use of the public demo and local tools.
03
Platform and account integrity
- Do not scrape credentials, passwords, session cookies, tokens, or private account data.
- Do not bypass platform eligibility, stream-key restrictions, rate limits, access controls, or moderation controls.
- Do not rely on undocumented private endpoints to impersonate users or evade provider rules.
- Do not misrepresent Stream Control as affiliated with, approved by, or acting for a third-party platform.
04
Harmful or unlawful use
Do not use the Service to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, discriminate, stalk, dox, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, promote illegal activity, manipulate engagement deceptively, or expose a person’s sensitive information without authorization.
05
Automation and broadcast safety
- Review triggers, conditions, actions, cooldowns, and target outputs before enabling automation.
- Do not create repetitive, deceptive, unsafe, or abusive messages, audio, overlays, or moderation actions.
- Do not use browser-source URLs or desktop permissions to gain control beyond the approved scope.
- Do not implement or attempt arbitrary remote shell execution through the Service.
06
Service security and load
Do not probe, scan, defeat, or interfere with security controls; access another user’s data or local runtime; introduce malicious code; overload endpoints; or use the demo load simulator against external systems. Responsible security reports should include reproducible detail without exposing secrets or personal data.
07
Content and personal data
You are responsible for the content you configure and display. Use the minimum personal data needed, provide required notices to viewers and collaborators, and do not enter passwords, payment information, government identifiers, health data, or other sensitive information into the current demo.
08
Enforcement
Stream Control may investigate suspected misuse and limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others. The current build has no durable user accounts, so enforcement is primarily technical. Future account enforcement, appeals, and evidence-retention rules must be documented before production moderation launches.
09
Report a concern
Report security or acceptable-use concerns to Luman.Chad@outlook.com. Do not include passwords, tokens, private keys, or unnecessary personal data in the report.
