Secure identity sign-in is connected through Clerk. Organization provisioning, paid subscriptions, persistent creator configuration, and live TikTok connections are not operational. This document describes the software that exists now; disclosures must continue to change with product behavior.
01
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to Stream Control’s website, public demo, local browser-source tools, and related software made available through this build (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
02
Current service status
Stream Control is currently a product demonstration and local-development tool. It includes simulated audience events, session-local configuration, mock broadcast controls, and narrowly scoped local integrations where explicitly identified.
- The signup preview stores nothing; a separate Clerk flow can create an identity but not a Stream Control workspace or entitlement.
- No subscription or payment is collected by Stream Control.
- TikTok and OBS connections are not operational in this build.
- Demo configuration can reset when the page reloads or the local server restarts.
Labels such as “simulated,” “planned,” “unavailable,” and “implemented” are part of the Service description and should be read as operational limitations.
03
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and use the Service only where permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of livestream platforms, broadcast software, audio tools, audience data, and creator content is authorized.
04
Limited permission to use
Subject to these Terms, Stream Control grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the Service for evaluating, configuring, or operating your own authorized livestream workflows.
The Service, branding, interface, documentation, and original software remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership or permit you to resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.
05
Your responsibilities
- Use only accounts, streams, content, devices, and integrations you are authorized to control.
- Review automation, alert, audio, overlay, moderation, and broadcast actions before enabling them.
- Protect local browser-source URLs, credentials, and desktop permissions from unauthorized access.
- Comply with platform rules, music and publicity rights, privacy obligations, and applicable law.
- Do not place passwords, payment details, secrets, or sensitive personal data into the demo.
06
Platforms and third-party services
Third-party products and services—including Clerk, Vercel, Neon, TikTok, OBS Studio, Voicemod, and any external support provider—are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Stream Control is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Availability of a named integration does not guarantee access, eligibility, compatibility, or continued provider support.
07
Accounts, subscriptions, and support
Optional identity creation and sign-in are operational through Clerk. A provider identity is not yet a provisioned Stream Control organization, workspace membership, paid subscription, invoice, renewal, refund right, or service entitlement. Plan selection in the signup preview remains illustrative and does not create a purchase, reservation, or service commitment.
An optional external support link may be configured. A donation is voluntary, is processed by the external provider, and does not purchase access, support, priority, ownership, or any other benefit.
08
Privacy
The Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Notice explain current data and device-storage practices. Do not submit personal data that is unnecessary for the current demo.
09
Availability and changes
The Service may change, pause, reset, or stop without notice. Features may be added, removed, or reclassified as implementation changes. Stream Control may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, third parties, or local systems.
10
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, platform eligibility, stream performance, revenue, audience outcomes, or compatibility with third-party software. Simulated results are not predictions of live performance.
11
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Control and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of revenue, data, audience, content, or stream time; or third-party platform action arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12
Changes, law, and contact
Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes may require a new acknowledgment when persistent accounts become available. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Applicable law governs these Terms. The operator’s final governing-law venue and production dispute process must be published before paid services launch.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to Luman.Chad@outlook.com.
